Insurance

As managed care does not allow for the full practice of psychology and psychiatry with independence and confidentiality, I do not participate in any insurance panels. However, I am sometimes able to see a patient at a reduced fee, or help find additional options.

I am happy to provide you with a receipt for the services provided that you can submit to your insurance company with all necessary information.  This would be covered under out-of-network benefits, so please check with your insurance carrier for details of your plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask that patients provide 24 business hours notice prior to cancelling any appointment. If patients do not cancel in this time frame or fail to come to an appointment, they will be charged the full session fee. This policy excludes any medical emergencies.
